I really liked that you added a bit about nutrition. I do spend a lot of chedda on my vegan diet and I think it pays off for my cycling and life in general. I think a lot of my success last season was due to my healthy diet.
Great review but what does this have to do with Cyclocross? Get the lowdown on the new TRP Disc Calipers coming out for us Molly! Thanks! Keep up the good work!
After a nasty gash my PDX took from a rock I used glitter and it worked. I also already had @notubes in the tire and it was not enough to prevent me from pitting.. GLITTER IS NOT FOR SISSY"S ANYMORE!
The pump spray is a great idea. We use them year round for the carpet cleaning company I work for. Best bet is the Round up 2 Gallon ones from homedepot. Fill it with the hottest water you can find before leaving the house or hotel. Trust me hot water helps a ton! Who knows if it will stay hot until after you're race..
Never leave home without your wool socks! I hear @cxhairs www.cxhairs.com is debuting some wool models soon! I cannot wait!

Hello yeah! Great Job! @gouldgeorgia !
Whatsup with the new BB7's any word on release date? @cdalecxworld @sramnrs @crosshairsteam
So..... I just mounted up two Clement LAS's one to a crest and one to a 355... Both seem to be bubbling a little. I do not get this with the PDX or any other tubeless setup that works. I even inflated both twice and used just the foamy suds to help seat the bead.... Not to stoked. I am stoked on the tires themselves! Just went around the block on them and they roll smooth as idkw!

I would like to see more pro rider bio shorts. Including height and weight.. what they eat.. how many hours a week they train. Some tips from them. Keep up the good work!
hero_snowcyclocross Also my LBS took one of the tires back. the other two I bought online so no attempt was made to return them.
hero_snowcyclocross I had this happen to two of the hutchinson's and one blew up on its own in my car as the temp went from 40 to 70 deg's outside... Great tires if they had a good bead WTF!
I have the Alpha 340's 32hole. I have run the Pirhana and Bulldog's I have had 3 tires fail so far. Do not ask why I keep going back to them. The carbon bead seems to be the flaw.. Otherwise a great supple ride 200lbs with 30-35 psi. 25 if muddy as hell. Done 3 races. One race got me 4th place at a cat 4 race with 80 riders! The rear pirhana did seam to blurp on me for the first time going around a turn but I am not positive. Thanks again notubes
