As for the code, I think most in this thread want to see this law amended, which is why we're here. Just because something is "law" doesn't mean it's a good law, especially as technology changes.
It benefits consumers. Choice encourages competition encourages innovation. Stomping on technologies like Uber is not good for the industry or consumers — only the select few who've established an out-of-date status quo and instead of innovating, are simply throwing money and influence at politicians.
Back to my original point: It's unAmerican to stifle this kind of innovation

It's a really cool effect — but 'dead easy' implies it's even easier than simply clicking. I don't think that's the case. Cool effect though.
