I'm just not sure why you keep coming back to the 22 millions salary. from my calculation (and I'm no expert), Colts would have just over 4 millions in dead money should he really sucks, which I don't think he will and they cut him after next season. It's not ideal but not cap strangling for the future. If he's good, he's basically a bargain.
Same thing can be said with Walden (750 000$) and even with the bigger contracts (Landry and Cherilus), dead money isn't that bad after next year.
LOVE our offseason so far. Team is way better than it was 3 months ago and contracts are cap friendly. Draft was just ok I guess but what do I know. Until Grigson proves that he doesn't know what he's talking about, we need to trust him.

Based on your logic, shouldn't we root for the Patriots and Ravens to lose as many games as possible to help Houston secure no.1 seed as as soon as possible?

Awesome article! I live in Quebec city and Peyton made me a Colts fan. Now I'm also rooting for Indianapolis as a city. Most of the colts fan I know will stay with the team even when Manning is gone.
Anyway, when it comes to the Colts, grantland contributor's seems unable to produce anything else than pieces of shit (Barnwell I'm talking about you). Go Colts!

What's up with your fixation on Garçon and Clark? Why Reggie Wayne is Suddenly a non factor? Last time I check the chiefs corner backs are not exactly lighting the world on fire. Wayne is still getting open bur Cainter can't put the football where it should be. He's still WAY more reliable than Garçon and in order to win the colts MUST get him involved.
