Sure - SSX was never really about progression so much. I do find think they could have done with more 'wingsuit moments' - i.e. the wingsuits do add something, but the ice-picks are a little pointless. Maybe in the next one, we'll get even more gadgets to play with.
I'll admit, to me it did feel a little like the first SSX and therefore I fully expect to see a sequel in a year that brings a lot more, just like Tricky did. But I really am digging the gameplay. We've needed SSX on the PS3 for so long, and I'm definitely not disappointed.
Axe99 Mine has been on pre-order for a while. I'm getting the 3G version. Can't wait! :)

Yeah - the pic doesn't do it justice. When you're sat on top of it looking down from 2.5 meters plus your body height, it looks pretty scary. Plus, I'd just seen a girl get injured in the drop down the other side, so that added to the pressure!

Cheers mate. It was pretty tough, especially since I hadn't actually run 10k in training!

Thanks so much. I'm really nervous about Saturday to be honest, but I'll dig deep and will get the job done!
PSNvicheous You can still comment using your PS3 Attitude credentials, but this new system allows for so much more.
Anyone can comment now using their Twitter or Facebook login. If someone comments via Twitter or FB, you'll see that comment here too, and you can post the fact you've commented to your social networks which will increase engagement.
We put it in place to improve comments and get your thoughts out to a wider audience, which we think are good reasons to use it. Stick with it my friend - after your first comment, all you need to do now is keep on writing interesting stuff.
Use the sharing buttons when you speak to get more replies too.
Thanks to everyone for the great comments and 'well wishes' so far.
The injury is totally healed now, and I'm working really hard to get ready for the event. I need a lot more donations though! Please spread the word via Twitter, Google+, Facebook etc.
Thanks to all of you who have donated so far - it is very much appreciated! :)
Thanks - am training hard at the moment. Looking forward to the event, but nervous at the same time! :)
