Really? You approach someone to do business with you, but don't expect them to want to see the product first? I, like everyone else, am keen to see what DMS has to offer, but if you're so scared of people ripping off your concept, then keep the project closed to everyone until you launch it. I also think that publishing these emails is in very poor form. WPMU announced to its members in early June that it was working on a major theme project, due to be launched later this year. To say that James and his team are knocking off your concept is a big call in my opinion...if you approached him knowing that WPMU were working on something big (it was, after all, in the public domain), then you have only yourself to blame.
