God I want that Tennant hairstyle so badly XD
4 months, 2 weeks ago on The End of Time: Why it Needs More Love
@supermoff @Anthony Retondo I would agree as well! I love ambition. Even when it fails I like taking risks more than I like just playing it safe and succeeding.
4 months, 3 weeks ago on Doctor Who Could Have Ended With Tennant
with certainty* XD
If there is one thing that I can say without certainty (and I imagine that many would agree) it is that Doctor who — If not better or worse now — has certainly gotten more ambitious the past four years.
Having no two-parters again would be a humongous mistake.
5 months ago on Two-Part Finale for Series 8
"Day of the Doctor" certainly wasn't my favorite Who episode (Not showing any violence whatsoever in the war sequence was a huge detriment to me) but it is a tremendous story and one I am more than proud to call the 50th anniversary :)
5 months, 1 week ago on Moffat: Day Was My Most Difficult Script Ever
While I agree with the rankings completely, I can't say I agree with the anger. Haha
5 months, 1 week ago on Comparing the Female Companions of Revived Who
@Planet of the Deaf @Anthony Retondo Wow, I love that theory XD
5 months, 3 weeks ago on A Bad Wolf or Just Plain Bad? Addressing Rose Criticisms
@TheCapaldiMasterplan @Anthony Retondo Agreed, wholeheartedly :) He was okay I guess, but we didn't see much of him. Jackie and Mickey on the other hand...
A character who had the interesting idea of a family dynamic added… It's just too bad I hated every member of her family and Mickey XD
Considering the fact that I've heard fans say that Davies era is too soapy and Moffat's isn't and also the exact opposite point of that, I'd say that neither really is. XD
5 months, 3 weeks ago on RTD on Doctor Who Becoming “Too Soapy”
A great read! Though I can't say I agree with some of the ratings. "The Waters of Mars" is a masterpiece, but I've just never been fond of "End of Time." I can't get passed the fact that the Master turned into a crazy lunatic, rather than a maniacal, clever villain. I also find him turning everyone on the planet into him quite silly and the ending to be a bit too self-congratulatory. And why was Martha with Mickey? I felt so bad for her.
5 months, 3 weeks ago on New Who: The Story Thus Far – 2008-2009 Specials
@Liana21 I'd absolutely agree! One of my main issues with the RTD era is the unlikeable characters. I found Rose and Jackie quite annoying, Mickey is my least favorite character in the series, Martha felt underutilized and though I loved Jack his appearances were too scarce. However, Donna was such a treat. She remains my favorite companion and through her I found the Tennant era finally found a perfect mix. That's why I really do love series 4. (Even though nothing touches series 5 for me)
6 months ago on Series 1-7 Face-Off Results: Everything Else (Episodes 9-13, Specials)
Great results! I am certainly fine with having series 4 as number one. I would maybe have it as my number 1 if I didn't think it had a horrendous finale. The finale is pretty darn important IMO and that brings it down a few pegs.
@gunslinger19 Yeah, "Journey's End" would be in my nightmare run no doubt. That ending when they are all crowded around the TARDIS, piloting Earth back makes me cringe. It's just so awkward.
@Galax That is true. Though I can safely say that the final scene of "The Rains of Castamere" is leagues more dramatic than any of these Doctor Who episodes, the episode itself was nothing too special.
6 months ago on Moffat Battles The Five(ish) Doctors Again
Ooooh gosh, that is tough. Few things beat the Red Wedding for dramatic presentation.
@The Genie @Anthony Retondo Hahaha got it! Just in that particular episode.
6 months ago on Series 1-7 Face-Off Results: Dream Run (Episodes 9-13, Specials)
@The Genie This has nothing to do with your opinion on the matter, but it's funny how you say you can't connect with Clara at all, but she is your icon. Haha Big fan of Jenna I'm guessing?
Wow! Is this interesting… I am actually really really surprised by this. Not only did Moffat nearly clean house, but his run also held the majority and series 6 was both the most nightmarish and the most dreamy according to the fan base. Very fascinating.
@supermoff @Notsosmartguy Oh yes, if there is one thing I find true about most fan bases, it is that the negative opinions are always far more vocal than the positive ones.
6 months ago on Series 1-7 Face-Off Results: Dream Run (Episodes 1-8)
@Notsosmartguy I would absolutely agree!
Moffat is destroying XD
I gotta admit, mine would have had many series 1 episodes. XD

I'm a little bothered that Smith seems to be insulting his era a little now that he's left :(
6 months, 1 week ago on Smith: The best storytelling was in Series 5
I'll go with the only one I find excellent: The Water of Mars! :D
6 months, 1 week ago on Series 1-7 Face-Off: RTD Specials
Gosh I just have to go with "The Big Bang." No other finale leaves me with such a happy, accomplished feeling by the end. Though Doomsday is spectacular.
6 months, 2 weeks ago on Series 1-7 Face-Off: Episode 13
Think I'll go with my favorite episode of the show: The Pandorica Opens :D
6 months, 2 weeks ago on Series 1-7 Face-Off: Episode 12
Wouldn't be surprised at all if Midnight wins. People seem to praise that episode more than any other in Doctor Who.
6 months, 2 weeks ago on Series 1-7 Face-Off: Episode 10
And Moffat could have given this answer in the show, but as he's always said, he likes to assume an intelligent audience.
6 months, 2 weeks ago on Moffat Explains Doctor’s Timey Tomb
I have to choose between "Human Nature/Family of Blood" and "Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead!!!???" I quit.
6 months, 3 weeks ago on Series 1-7 Face-Off: Episode 8
Really love the results! Pandorica made the top 3, so I am a happy guy.
7 months ago on Best of Matt Smith: Results (5-1)
This is quite excellent to see! I love that the common belief of the Smith era being below average seems to be quite misplaced.
7 months ago on Best of Matt Smith: Results Series 5-7
Prediction for the final 5 order: Pandorica/BigBang, Eleventh Hour, Vincent, Doctors wife, Day
7 months ago on Best of Matt Smith: Results (12-06)
@John Sully Guessing only "The Doctor's Wife" has the power to do that.
7 months ago on Best of Matt Smith: Results (19-13)
@DrWhoGoesThere The battle of Moffat, Gaiman and Curtis!
@Tennant_Capaldi Oh yeah! No way it made it to the top 6. Haha
@Tennant_Capaldi Oh gosh, I really hope TIA/DOTM made it to the top 6. But you are probably right. Haha
Prediction for the penultimate: "The Time of the Doctor" "Asylum of the Daleks" "The Snowmen" "Time of Angels/Flesh and Stone" "A Good Man Goes to War" "The Name of the Doctor"
@Tennant_Capaldi You think? I'm shocked that "Time of the Doctor" has not appeared yet. I think that may be next. No doubt in the second to last batch.
Farewell, my beloved Amy's Choice, God Complex, Christmas Carol and Girl who Waited! Still though... Time of Angels/Flesh and Stone made it to the top 12!? Happy day! :D
@shyx111 @Anthony Retondo Oh absolutely. I kept thinking in the back of my head throughout the poll that I would not be surprised if the Moffat stories took the majority of the top spots.
7 months ago on Best of Matt Smith: Results (26-20)
@epicduda Ian Malcolm :D
@Galax @TheOncomingHurricane @thewisesalmon Whithouse is my personal choice for next showrunner.
Prediction for the next 6, just for fun!: The Lodger, The Angels Take Manhattan, The God Complex, The
Time of the Doctor, Amy’s Choice, The Bells of Saint John
This has been very interesting. I am thrilled to see that AGMGTW and TOA/FAS (two of Moffot's most underrated) made it to the top 20, but I am absolutely shocked TATM made it this high. Wow XD. Does provide evidence to my theory that Moffat haters are more vocal than Moffat lovers.
Ooooh and there are the feels! "A Town Called Mercy" and "Crimson Horror" so low :(
@HisNameIsTheDoctor I'd be very very happy to see series 6 get more love than it normally does.

Hmmm... Yeah, I am fine with this. Haha Still sad about "Vampires in Venice" though :(
@HitchcockWhovian @supermoff For whatever reason 7/10 has sorta become the standard critic's rating for average in the past ten or so years XD.
