When a developer cannot afford a monthly fee that is under $100 per month for a service you use every day to save yourself at least 5 hours per month you need to seriously re-think why you are doing 'this' in the first place. In today's day and age all of you (us) should be charging $50-$150 per hour. If you say 'my clients cannot afford that', then 'get new clients'. If you are looking for a quick and dirty way to build websites you can buy pre-fab templates and plug them in and you don't need PL. If you are a serious developer who's making a living at this, then you are at the right place. I have made my living for the past 14 years building sites and stores for companies of all sizes. The times have changed. Good help is hard to find. Using a framework and paying for it, is good for everyone. This is a serious tool for serious developers. PL needs to be paid to keep the product kicking butt. If you don't pay you end up investing in something that eventually goes away. If you pay a reasonable fee for tools, the tools improve over time.
My suggestion for PL is to make sure that cancelling is easy and taking your work with you is also easy. Do that and build a successfull SAAS business.
That's my two cents. ps: Whoever gave me crap about using gmail is clearly a time waster looking to start trouble for kicks. Reminds me of myself when I was 12 and I thought it was funny to flame people I did not know in forums before I knew what a flame was. Then I got banned and was like 'gulp'.

Is DMS only for Wordpress or will work 'anywhere' ?
