1 year ago on Poll: Is Monta Ellis the right fit for the Sacramento Kings?
is especially good b/c it makes it harder to sign Monta. Before this
trade, Kings just needed to amnesty Salmons OR trade a player or 2 to
afford Monta. Now they'll probably need to do both to afford signing
Monta! Hopefully they don't think he's worth the hassle!

Thinking more about these - I like them, but I think Isaiah would have to be included to the Rockets for the Pistons deal. Heck, Rockets may want more for Asik in all of those trades.

@916kingkong Except for Monta. He'll only put the Kings back to where they've been the past half decade. He's not a franchise changer - he's a ballhog, ableit a very talented ballhog, who can't play on-ball defense. He doesn't fit the Kings roster or coaching system.
@MatthewStephenson I don't mind them pulling the Iggy deal, though I wish it would've gone through. I like the additions of Vasquez and Landry, especially if it allows Kings to trade an excess big + PG for a SF like Deng or Granger.
Just not Monta, please...
