I have just read that Jerry D'Amigo signed with CBJ, so we should get the 7th round pick back, right?

I remember Gunners comeback from 0-4 deficit in League Cup, they won 7-5 in overtime. But they had heart, not happening here.

Nicely done, as always. Looking forward to defencemen.

The roster comparison sums it up. We got better at forward and none of Nonis bashers can change that. I think the roster needs one more UFA, because there are some question marks and also we have to keep in mind inevitable injuries. I would prefer a veteran forward. Does Morrow still has it?

It is too soon to evaluate defencemen as we have some RFAs at the position. If Franson is gone then the lineup definitely needs one more UFA in addition to a Marlie promotion.

Speaking in Franson, I remember him doing this

on the offensive blueline to keep PP setup alive. He has talent. With some speed gain in the offseason he could become really useful... don't the Leafs have that awesome skating coach? Or do I try to see something which is not there?
