@tocan Johnson was a garbage time player and fredette shot twice as many times then he did. Playing 10 minutes doesn't matter if you get to shoot half the shots
8 months, 4 weeks ago on Orlando Johnson looks to bring Pacers mindset to Sacramento Kings
@TABDOG lol just kidding brah calm down
Sorry jimmer if you actually read stuff from this site. Don't actually mean it just playing troll. I'm done now though

@TABDOG @Demarcus Cousins Jimboy only averages 5.9 points what garbage. He should be playing in China where he plays backup waterboy
Jimboy sucked tonight too. 0 points 0 rebound 0 ASSISTS. Talk about selfish didn't even let anyone else sit in his chair
33 points on 16 shots! 12-16 fg 4-5 from 3 point line. THAT"S 75% FG and 80% 3FG
If he didn't have to share minute with jimboy and now raymac he'd be #1 in fg% and 3fg%
Free IT from this stupid organization. I'm surprised he doesn't ask for a trade considering how much abuse he gets. He's the next Steve Nash cept better because he's black
@Em Gee @Demarcus Cousins Oh I'm just trolling you guys it's somewhat entertaining. If jimmer put the amount of work on his game that jimboy fans put in this website then he'd be MVP
9 months ago on Jimmer Fredette talks NBA trade deadline and future with Sacramento Kings
@Em Gee Jimmer sucks he only averages 5.9 ppg. The only thing he's good at is defense because he sure can guard his spot on the bench Should play in China
IF he played. And I would take patty all day over jimmer. He can handle the ball which jimmer can't and he's hell of a lot more athletic. He's double jimmers speed.
I think you take his 50% shooting to seriously too. If he missed his next 5 threes then it goes down easily to 46%.
9 months, 1 week ago on Sacramento Kings at All-Star Break Q&A: trade deadline, call-ups and Jimmer Fredette
@TABDOG @layituplikeaman quite interested. How many minutes do you think IT should get and how many minutes do you think Jimmer should get?
@drewnusser @layituplikeaman I'm a Spurs fan too and Jimmer would rot on the bench there unless you subtract atleast two rotation guards from their line up.
It's also common basketball knowledge that the Spurs would make any player better than they actually are. Put anyone on the Spurs and watch magical numbers pop out
You're an idiot. Being a kings fan doesn't mean you hate jimmer. It just sounds like it because jimmer fans think he's Steve Nash
9 months, 1 week ago on Road Reaction Postgame Show: Sacramento Kings 106, New York Knicks 101
Malone said he shot too much during the cousins injury but he also said its because nobody else was doing a good job getting open, leaving Isaiah to create something with the shot clock winding down too much.
9 months, 3 weeks ago on CK Press Box Report: Sacramento Kings 99, Chicago Bulls 70
Well my opinion is that they don't close out hard enough on defense. The best defense is to cause discomfort and the kings don't get a lot of that. For example, when a guard is making a lay up. The chance they will miss will go up a lot more if they have to maneuver around a long contesting arm. There's also getting the opposing team to take the shots you want them to take, know who is right or left handed. There is a lot of factors to defense.
9 months, 3 weeks ago on Road Reaction Postgame Show: Dallas Mavericks 107, Sacramento Kings 103
A huge problem with your evaluation is that it's much harder to play in the 4th quarter then any other quarter. If you thought jimmer could reproduce what he was doing in the second quarter than guess again.
I thought he should have gotten 4th quarter minutes though. Isaiah gets runned to the ground. It's okay to play any other position for 40 minutes but a PG is always running around, especially Isaiah. Him being so tired is effecting his efficiency
@layituplikeaman lol the only reason i come here is to see what jimmer's fans have to say every game. It's kind of funny
9 months, 4 weeks ago on Road Reaction Postgame Show: Utah Jazz 106, Sacramento Kings 99
@KennethBrody Dude nobody hates jimmer, just his fans. If you think someone is not going to argue with people thinking Jimmer is Steve Nash and always bashing IT and the Kings then get real.

Don't let the principle of "we want a say in the funding" fool you. They clearly don't want the arena to be built and are just using it to mask their purpose
10 months ago on Sacramento City Clerk dismisses arena ballot measure
You know the fourth quarter is when defense is tightened the most? Even if it's hero ball that was our best option. Nobody on the team could be trusted with the ball in crunch time. Defense is on and hero ball from your best creator is the best option which most teams go to.
And if you are in a tight game in the fourth quarter are you really going to leave your bench in or are you going to try to get your best players in the game?
10 months ago on Game 42 Preview: Sacramento Kings vs. Indiana Pacers
@Em Gee @Demarcus Cousins Mclemore had only been getting 16 mpg as of late. Thornton is an already proven to be a good player but magically disappeared yet you can see he's not giving up because of that. He looks like he's really trying on defense and I've seen him get a few tough rebounds. You guys talk about Jimmer's confidence a lot yet you keep saying to give Thornton's minutes to Jimmer.
Despite all that anyway, does it really change anything? Cept make you fans happy
Last 5 games:
Mclemore: 16.6mpg 5.2fga
Thornton: 24.2mpg ->4.8fga<-
Fredette: 13.6mpg ->6.2fga<-
In those 13.6 minutes, Fredette is the 1st option on offense, even if Rudy is on the floor too.
Bumping Fredette's minutes up just means time in the starting lineup. That doesn't mean he will be featured on offense. And then Jimmer fans will be like "Isaiah won't share the ball. This whole team is selfish."

Hey Jimmer fredette be better than Cousins they needs 2 stop giving this guy his minutes and give them to jimboy he shoot %50 from twee if stupid kings let him shoot 20 twee a game he be making half dat and be MVp yall jus jimboy haters y'all need to ride him like I dooo

I can see why this website is deserted. Full of Jimmer fans not Kings fans lol
Apologies to JT. I've always said we need trade him for a better defensive PF next to Cousins and at the same time I've always said you can't peg someone a bad defender like they can't simply improve their play(common sense).
10 months, 2 weeks ago on CK Press Box Report: Sacramento Kings 124, Cleveland Cavaliers 80
Yes they showed some amazing defense in the third quarter. The giant line up with Gay at SG bothered shooters and helped them with switching
10 months, 2 weeks ago on CK Press Box Report: Sacramento Kings 123, Portland Trail Blazers 119
Nice analysis but there is some bias here. Jimmer fredette doesn't pick and roll he picks and pops and IT doesn't just dribble into traffic. That's like saying Isaiah shot 0-3 from 3 while jimmer shot 3-3 from 3 so Isaiah shouldn't shoot 3s anymore
10 months, 3 weeks ago on Sunday Musings: DeMarcus Cousins needs his Sacramento Kings teammates to buy in
Everything you said is true but Thornton suffers from no open looks(Tyreke don't leave me baby) and if they do resign jimmer it will be for back up SG that just floats around the 3 point line
This is basketball not a stats game.
You say our ball movement is lousy but you want jimmer fredette to be starting pg a guy that takes a bunch of shots when he plays because he can't make passes.
I agree our ball movement is bad because IT can only pass it to Cousins and Gay but that doesn't mean he can't do it and should be traded. The coaching staff has to point it out and work on it with the team to get Ben and jt more open looks. The bench though we have a serious problem. No ball handlers or play makers which usually ends up as jimmer being the only one to touch and shoot the ball.
This is the 11-12 Okc thunder where only Westbrook, Durant and Harden shot the ball except our big 3 can't produce the win
10 months, 3 weeks ago on CK Press Box Report: Charlotte Bobcats 113, Sacramento Kings 103
@benbackstreet @Demarcus Cousins @TABDOG If anybody got open looks all the time, they will knock them down am I right? Jimmer has no scouting report because he rides the bench. What if he did? I've seen what happens when teams do scouting on him and it's not pretty.
That being said, Jimmer is a great shooter...and atrocious at everything else but a really great shooter.
with that being said
I loved MT but since tyreke left he has struggled. I have an idea why and why ben is too. Tyreke was great at collapsing defenses and finding the open man, you know the thing the Kings have struggled with on defense all year long. Proof of this was when Tyreke played the Kings. He had 12 assists from driving to the paint and hitting open shooters. We need this. Isaiah is fantastic but he needs to find Ben especially more once he gets into the paint. Now I don't entirely blame him for not passing it out enough though because I find that because of his size, the defense doesn't feel like it needs to collapse which makes it better for Isaiah to just shoot it. This is something Demarcus could do very well though because whenever he attacks the paint, he just gets mobbed at the paint. If everytime he drives to the basket or posts up he looks for the open shooter, I think we'd be a better basketball team.
10 months, 3 weeks ago on CK Press Box Report: Philadelphia 76ers 113, Sacramento Kings 104
@TABDOG Well did anybody else touch the ball when he was in the game? And when he did pass it did it not turn into one of his 3 TOs? If he got 20 minutes a game would he shoot like that all the time?
I'm not hating I just want to know what your answers are
@surfzrup @Ken S I know. Everybody rotates too slow, defense scrambles and someone find the open man for an assist. 30+ Assists again for the opposing team.
I'd like a middle ground but jimmer fans are just way up their in the clouds blaming everybody but jimmer it's annoying
11 months, 1 week ago on Road Reaction Postgame Show: Miami Heat 122, Sacramento Kings 103
@Kingznut you know what I mean how his fans find excuses for him all the time on this site. "He doesn't get enough playing time" "Every kings coach is stupid for not playing jimmer" "How do you know he's not the next steve nash when he only plays 4 min" "Everyone is too be blamed for the failures for Jimmer"
It's Miami and nobody on the team can play defense. What do you expect? Jimmer is usually the only topic on this site so might as well start it off. if I want to go talk about kings fan stuff I go to sactownroyalty
Excuses for jimmer fredette in 3..2..1
@zeke22 @Cowbb About the defense part I wrote that on my other comment. The problem with Jimmer is he's too slow to create anything other than for himself. He can pass fine, he's just too slow to. That's his only problem the way I see it
11 months, 1 week ago on Road Reaction Postgame Show: Atlanta Hawks 124, Sacramento Kings 107
Well I'm no expert but it obviously starts with dribble penetration. Nobody is going to be able to guard someone against a screen and roll without good help so don't think all our guards are bad at defense. When the opposing guard uses a screen, the defender needs a second to get back in front of his man. During that second, its up to the defender of the screener and another defender if nearby to block the lane so the opposing guard can't go anywhere. When you don't do that effectively, you know what happens...defense collapses, mismatches happen, and either layups or 3 pointers start killing the Kings.
I've always said this. This defensive problem is mostly on the shoulders of Cousins. He's not a good help defender and it sucks because C is the most important position for help defense. Tony Parker is no stud on defense but his team is why his defensive rating is what, 92?
Unfortunately, we can't just give up Cousins, so we have to build around him and help his defensive problems. I have always said we should trade for a good defensive PF and that PF should be Taj Gibson.
@Cowbb How is shooting 8 times in 9 minutes not already selfish?
@tocan No the Suns game plan was to stop Isaiah from penetrating because the offense starts from there. They did a great job especially in the 2nd half.
If you need proof you can find interviews of Suns players saying the main goal was to stop Isaiah

I bet it's fustrating for fans expecting wins but as a fan not expecting wins it's been great. This season is just what I wanted, Cousins to average beast numbers, mclemore to show promise, and the kings to have a horrible record. #RigginsForWiggins

What lost years of development? You develop during practice, you know basically like a game but we don't get to watch? That's where you get playing time too
@Charger11 Thornton is potentially the next Michael Jordan, 4-time league MVP, the only mystery player the Kings have. Why is the world they don't want to solve the mystery and play him 40 minutes at SG for the season and find out what they have. They won 28 games with the same stiffs they are running out there again this year. Play Thornton, if he stinks, the Kings win 18 games this year instead of 25 and they have a better chance at a high pick in a loaded draft. If he's the Next Michael Jordan, all the better.
It's difficult for a good player like Thornton to play off the ball with the ball stopping dribbling clowns he has to play with--move the ball and you'll never see it again.
The Kings are just a horses**t outfit--one idiot coach after another.
Free Thornton! He is going to be great when he gets out of town.
11 months, 3 weeks ago on Marcus Thornton reclaims minutes from Jimmer Fredette in Sacramento Kings rotation
@KDsmooth @NickDeLaO Because he probably doesn't prove himself in practice. The only difference playing in a game and playing in practice is fans don't get to see him play. Jimmer fans never understand that and killed coach smart for it. Totally unfair
