exactly. same rules apply to using google glasses in the same manner.

laws already exist. why try and restrict only one product, when there are thousands more that are capable of breaking the same law.

images/video/audio recording/remote viewing are all a CC# and a mouse click away. starting as low as $25;


disguised as teddy bears, pens, shampoo bottles, deodorant containers, clothes buttons, cuff links, lighters, lipstick, clocks, watches, key chain remotes and on and on.

conversation through closed windows from long distances or home phones with wireless handsets.

night vision and thermal imaging for in the dark, or through walls.

not to mention in more than half the stores, public street corners, sports arenas, shopping malls and schools.
