Scott, Adam, - Yes you're correct, a couple of these could be pushing the limit for the time shown for the workout - though I will say I've managed to fit 3x15 into an hour before. Definitely didn't leave much for warmup or cooldown though. But in general, tempo/threshold workouts require little recovery, 2-3 mins between each. Those recoveries should be ridden at a recovery pace - zone 1. The focus of the workout is the time at stated intensity. That's where the quality lies. Thanks for reading!
