@docmma @mcloki Sportsnet should really be hiring a "voice" for each for the Canadian teams. One voice that does all the games for a team. Baseball does it right. The Jays have one voice, the great teams have one voice. Why so that fans have consistency in their life.

It why the NFL is starting to fray at the edges. They d=got greedy and started Monday night, Thursday Night Sunday night football. they worded their brand and consistency, Go back to 1:00 and 4:L00 games NFL. Go back to being event television.

@Axle_Goalie @docmma He's actually changed since moving over to SN. He actually has realistic opinions. His writing still sucks but when he's on Prime-time with Bob he's actually reasonable.

1.Simmons.- Almost always wrong. You can ignore everything he says and lead a better life.

Most of the press Simmons gets is people calling him out for being an idiot. But that's exactly what he craves. ignore him and his stupid opinions and he will wither  and die within days. It happened to Burger. Completely irrelevant

2.Healy - Just there to stir shit, no real opinion just a contrarian that is poor at his job so must rely on slagging guys or using his bully pulpit on HNIC to repeat his stupidity ad nausea.

3. Hughson. Because we are forced to listen to him for 3 hours every Saturday night his mundane play calling and lack of any insight make him one of the most hated. Hughson you have one of the most coveted jobs in all of sport. You have the nation listening to your every word. And you give us this shit week after week. Go do golf.

4. Rosie Dimanno. is so rarely read her I don;t even consider here part of the sports media. You can;t really hate a reporter being forced to cover a sport that she obviously has a passing relationship with and has no interest in covering. Well that what her writing tell me anyways.

5 The rest are irrelevant. I don't get mad I just dont' listen to them. Blair needs to get off the air, he's poison on the air.

5 days, 21 hours ago on (Thursday Mashup) David Booth: Another low-risk option with upside potential

@Alec Brownscombe @wiski Optimism AB. The Leafs fixed their 3d and 4th line problems and have brought a little more balance to the D. Carlyle would have to be blind to not notice the changed philosophy of the team and really so should the players. The players are now on the hot seat. I think the "emotional" "Old boy" "good guy" mentality is being replaced in the front office with a more critical eye geared to production or reduction. Which in retrospect is a good thing. At first blush I didn't like the change manly because of my past rooting for the Bills . On Paper they should have 4 Super Bowl Rings, but the harsh lesson is that the game isn't played on paper left a mark.

We'll see how th playes respond to the new regime come September.
