@kshaun12 Yeah man these resellers are lame. I think the way to still hurt JB is to not cop from the resellers. If they get stuck with the $500 bill they won't be copping like that going forward and thats how JB ends up getting hurt. I know we're two people out of millions but we can be two people who have $500 dollars more than everyone else lol.

@kshaun12 I think if you worry about who's coming with you you'll never make a move because most of the time nobody is coming with you lol.

My thing is this: with all of the shootings of unarmed black men over the last two months i'm just getting tired. We're getting shot in traffic stops, just walking down the street, and in Wal Mart. The only way we're gonna get justice is to pull our money out of the system and let them know why we're doing it. Besides that lets just be real....$500 is just disrespectful. People are having a hard time getting jobs and paying for regular everyday stuff. You really bout to beat your loyal customers over the head for half a G and the other pair looks like shit?

Haven't WE ALL done enough for Nike and JB already?? Look around your neighborhoods...no Nike or JB sponsored community centers, gyms or anything else for that matter. People keep your money and invest it into something or spend it on someone your care about...and if you spend it on you at least get your damn money's worth. I'm boycotting JB bruh. Higher prices and lower quality material with weak ass colors. Nope cant do it.

@i8urC00kiematerialistic???? Who are you talking to like that from behind a computer??

My love for the game runs 20 years deep on shoes so when I speak on it its from a perspective most people including you dont get.
Just like someone who is passionate about auto racing or football and has been a lifer that knows the sport in an out, so am I in terms of shoes.
What you DONT GET is that we rock shoes to maintain the fresh. The fresh is about exclusivity and individuality, and the more of something that was considered rare there is the less valuable that thing becomes.
So yes, WITHIN THE CONTEXT of shoes the concords WERE sacred.
Conversation over.

Reality is that as long as we keep spending money they're gonna squeeze us for as much dough as possible.

Its the same mentality that oil companies have about automobile owners.

Keepin it 100 the price of the shoes going up is bullshit, MAINLY because the quality of materials is getting worse.

Sooooo they're using cheaper materials + charging US MORE which = LARGER PROFIT MARGINS FOR THEM.

Yes "sacred". When you work hard to grab a pair of Concords which hadn't been out in original form in a decade, those would be classified as "sacred". Random restocks hurt the value of the pairs from the first release. The more there is of something the less exclusive and valuable it is. The shoe game was built in the hoods of America on exclusivity and getting fresher than the next man. Gotta know your history pimp.

@cakesauce @born2fly I gotta agree with my man @born2fly for sure.

The shoe game was built in the streets on exclusivity by people win style. Now because of all of these restocked it just makes dope shoes much more available and we see more lames than ever with no respect for the culture just jumping in.
