@Dragonologist @pleasegetreal These may not be flagships -- yet -- but the top end phones have been getting bigger every year. HTC One, Xperia Z, GS4, these are all bigger than I'd like. The problem is that the options for smaller phones have much inferior processors and display resolutions. Why not have the flagships available in different screen sizes but same specs otherwise?

My concern is not that these monstrosities exist, because of people want to look ridiculous, they should be welcome to spend money doing so. However, I am upset that manufacturers think these products should be flagships and anything smaller gets crappy components. Nowadays a 4.5 inch phone is considered midrange, so there are fewer and fewer high end options for people who want a reasonably sized high powered device. I suppose there's always the iPhone 5.
