My first pair was the AM96 II and they were amazing. Also, the 98s released in I want to say 3 versions and I had several of them and the deluxes were AMAZING. Blue and orange and the green and black/silver. The OG Tuned in blue that you see and the Fire/Tiger looking ones were also had. I miss those days.

@Da_Real_Big_Infinite Hey man what were the OG colorways? As listed above I remember the white/black, black/white and the Cal white/navy/yellow colors but that's it.

Just call them something else like Adidas did with all the Kobes or pay the man his money.

What were the OG colorways. I remember the black/white, the white/black, the Cal navy/white/yellow colorway but I don't remember these or any others back in 1997. Somebody help me out so I don't have to go through my old Eastbays.

@Da_Real_Big_InfiniteI know of the following highs and don't really know jack about the lows:

Chicago, Bred, Black Toe, Royals, white/black aka CDPs, Shadows, almost all white w/ a little grey like the lows they just had a post about, black/gold, UNC, and the 5 metallics (green/purple/orange/navy/red). I think they had some White Royals like the color-blocking of the UNCs but royal blue obviously but I'm not sure. What about the AJKO?

I'd much rather have a pair of Jordan 6 Olympic Flags

If these were released without any nicknames or anything they'd sit like crazy.

@Da_Real_Big_Infinite Hey man, we've always had good back and forths and you were able to answer the question of where that Jordan 3 came from on the history of the franchise Jordan pic so I thought I'd start with you. Can you give me a full list of the Jordan 1 OG colors and possibly a link to a series of pics? Much appreciated.

@Da_Real_Big_Infinite Thank you. Obviously they're not dropping the Hares when they're the last of the OG 7s to not release in the past 3 years. Hell the Olympics have dropped twice, we got the real Charcoals and the faded ugly ass ones from the pack, and the Bordeauxs and Cardinals released in 2011. It also surprised me that they dropped 2/3 of the OG colorways of the 8s last year when they were so close to the year of the 8s. I only really liked the 3 OG pairs and Chromes honestly so they'll have to go with a TON of special releases to make up for it.

@FutureTomorrow_ @hrbomber1113@Nikes_Jordans_If you couldn't figure out after reading all of that that it was a simple mistake of me meaning to say, "If rare stuff STOPS selling out" I'm sorry. The entire point is they bots aren't really a problem for them. They're still selling out. Until it's a problem for them to the point where they're losing money they'll drag it out and give halfass fixes and/or excuses to try and satisfy the people who hate getting screwed out of shoes by bots...but on the other hand will still try for the shoes the next weekend because they/we have no choice.

@Nikes_Jordans_ @hrbomber1113Exactly. In a world where random people on the internet can get entire societies to believe that celebrities are dead MULTIPLE times...I'm pretty sure Nike can just claim they're stopping bots or post a couple of things on NT. That's an extreme conspiracy theory but I don't buy they're fixing things without evidence. It's like the 100th episode of South Park where they debate about being for or against the war and then they finally realize that being a country that can claim they care while doing things that say otherwise is being able to have your cake and eat it too. Nike is just acting like they're doing all these things to stop bots because the rest of us not using them are getting bufued but in reality they sell the same amount of shoes no matter who gets them and that's all they really care about. If rare stuff starts selling out they'll fix that shit in 24 hours.

This is all nice and all, but do any of you remember the FIRST Nike bot prevention they announced? It was on the re-released Jordan 3 DBs last year. They claimed they caught a bunch of bot users on NDC and they wouldn't be getting their shoes and to keep posted for more details. Of course they might as well have given the shoes to the bot users since they never showed up again on a restock or another planned release of the remaining pairs. When I see the pairs that were not sold to bot users RESOLD shortly afterwards to people not cheating...THEN I'll give a fuk. Because in the end whether they sell them to the bot users or just hold onto them, give them to celebrities or never make them available again, those shoes aren't available to those not cheating the system. And THAT is the goal that matters to me.

@nick_pappas Yeah, because we all know people that wear their shoes are saints from above that never use bots...
