Hopefully AV will keep Hayes and Malone around... And Nash.
Is Kevin Hayes Pete Townsend?
Almost lost all respect. Then Zuccs shows up and everything is Ok.
Girardi waking up
Check. Check. Number nine.
Let's go Rangers!
Makes us feel lucky we have Duguay.

That's a lot of letters.
Thanks. While I read everything on this blog, I clearly have trouble with retention.
Who is this Stepniak fellow?
Staal's expression? He could be Harpo Marx.
Does Mac even have his license. Comic genius.
Can we call Glass Glaaass so it rhymes with Fast. Or Faaast. Or Fast.
I'm in. Audi ad. QUATTROOOO. I'm home. Looking forward to another great year with you knuckleheads. #unfinishedbusiness.
Stupid Gamecenter not working. No problem. Whatever doesn't kill me makes me stronger. Plus radio feed available. First goal? Hags.
Let's Go Rangers!
To sum up:

"When Hergesheimer joined the Rangers in the 1951-52 season, he was smallish even for his era, at 5 feet 7 inches and 145 pounds, and had to overcome the partial loss of two fingers in an industrial accident when he was a teenager."
The Zuccs of his time. And basically twice as cool as Jerry Garcia.

Little Feat. "Willin'". Legend has it Lowell George was in Zappa's band when Lowell played it for Frank. Zappa promptly kicked him out of his band - recognizing his talent and making him go it on his own.
@DP_Snotty You are the best DP!
@EHBIGAPPLE @BulldogLine Ha ha! Dave Balon. I knew that was my missing winger from the 60's. Brylcream combover. Classic.
I was pretty devastated this morning. Really. Bummed.
First of course a HUGE “Thank you” to Kevin for being an
awesome host and letting us partake in this amazing community. I think I’m not
alone in checking this blog way too often. Thank you to Kevin, Adam and James.
Your insight, dedication, and humor make the NYRangersBlog the best stop on the
Second, I have never been more proud and happy to be a NY
Rangers fan. I cannot emphasize this enough. Some people get it, others don’t. My kids who are 18, 16, and 14 are ALL
IN. Our high five pile up on the couches with Boyle’s goal will never be
forgotten. But with it there is a certain aura. “And she’s a Rangers fan?!?”.
And lastly, the reason I physically and mentally am able to write
this is that after watching the post game interviews; Richie struck a cord:
“No-one will ever know but us how much fun it was and how we came together.” I
disagree. Yet, this captures the season. WE KNOW HOW MUCH FUN IT WAS AND HOW WE
WE WERE HERE FROM DAY ONE. THE ROAD TRIP, THE SLUMP, THE
SLOW BURN UP THE LADDER. THE NICKNAMES. It was Freaking Fun!!!! Amazing!!! We
Overcame Challenges!!! We laughed, we cried!!! We totally invaded the Pens’
site after game 7. (Honestly, one the funniest experiences I’ve ever had). And
we welcomed the true “Bleeding Broadway Blue” every step of the way.
This team; every freaking member, was integral and amazing.
Getting to know each and every one of this team in a small way was rewarding
and what made me feel I was part of the bigger picture. I never knew so much
about a team since ’71-’72. When I was 8.
Thank you again Kevin. And thanks to all the knuckleheads
who frequent the site for the humor, passion, and the most random references to
pop culture, philosophical wisdom, French and English literature in their
transposed translations of the letters between the Marquis de Sade and Henry
III. Oh, and squirrels.
Happy Summer. Happy Father’s Day to all the Dads.
(Which, if anyone did not know, is a reference to Walter Tzachuk’s
line with mostly Bill Fairburn and Steve Vickers in the late 60’s early 70’s.)

Let's. Go. Rangers!!!!!!
This team has been about overcoming adversity all
Dolan sticking it to them with a 9 game road
trip to start…
Staal returns concussion then eye injury…
Nash return from concussion…
Richie coming back from horrendous season…
Hank’s bad start…
Despondency after being down 3-1 to the Pens…
NHL and scheduling…
NHL and refs…
Did we do it to ourselves these first three?
But when we get into this situation, we have
shown TOTAL RESILIENCY.
There was a narrow road to make it to the
Final. No one expected us to be here except us idiots.
But now with ONE GAME, we can turn it all
It’s NOT over!
Let’s go Rangers!!!

This is classic Rangers. Yet, somehow, this year's team keeps overcoming. LGR! Above and beyond!!!
Ok. Let's do this. We are the better team. We have a bigger heart. We have the best fans. And we have the SQUIRREL!!! Let's go Rangers!!!!
This is going to be EPIC!
A Day at the Races. Hail Fredonia!
Beautiful! Pastry chef?
Listen to the piped in crowd noise....
