I just felt achieved knowing I broke 175 lbs through lifting and now Dee Gordon may overtake me.

If any of you were thinking about being a part time lifeguard, just know that I got accepted in August and am cleared to start working Saturday.
3 weeks, 1 day ago on Projection Systems Don’t Like Chris Withrow, Should We Be Worried?
@Barney G @Pitching and Defense Yeah I definitely enjoy him being there and letting the less sure guys battle below him. I remember when Tolleson left we were confused and when Punto left I was super confused and now we have like 15 MLB pitchers to fall back on and 15 letters of utility infield Arruudabnmma.
This is some seriously good baseball writing, but it reminds me that like the last two years with Jansen we will see a good reliever waiting for some proven closers to allow a lot of dingers before getting his job back.
How did this Clint Robinson guy clear a 1.000 OPS in a >500 PA season in AA and I don't know who he is? Are those numbers that inflated?

Nerd achievement unlocked- modified FIP weights to credit strikeouts as 3 points instead of 2 in MVP Baseball 2005 and it works like the real FIP. You can calculate standard error and predict ERA before it happens every time.

I've had one of those "maybe it was obvious but maybe not" moments.
I just realized AJs walk up song was Walk.

If he does those walks will also probably balloon again.
4 months ago on 2013 Dodgers in Review #5: 1B Adrian Gonzalez
I don't expect Adrian to do what Hanley did, but it's pretty cool to know he still at least has his raw strength and that coming back from a shoulder surgery can happen.
Whether or not I want the Sox to win I was rooting for the Dropkick Murphys.

@Drian8890 At least one of those pitchers is gonna realistically flame out. Not that they can't replace them but they can't replace hitting 4.000 w/ RISP.
@Purple Drank Like they had an even more unbelievable year probably.
One day this will be our team, one day very soon thanks to Kershaw.
If the Red Sox win I can't win to see how Yahoo will say the Dodgers and everyone else who tried failed to buy a championship. "The Yankees were already proof spending doesn't work and the Dodgers definitely didn't buy one."
Home grown 20 million dollar per batter faced guy on the hill.
@deblue @Pitching and Defense Yeah it still feels weird that Craw was mashing so much and Uribe hit that dinger and we're not facing them right now.
@deblue I'm that guy that calls it a 50/50 but these Dodgers were that good.
@deblue Of course they could've, it would've been like a 52/48 though realistically.
And I even forgot Bills somehow.
This guy reminds me of Dominguez, hope we see more of that guy next year.
SP- Kersh / Granky / Ryu / Tanaka
RP- Jansen / Paco / Withrow / Dominguez
