This gave me a good chuckle. Especially the part about ordering two of something using "futari". The bit about having to get the server's attention by saying "Sumimasen" is super helpful. I would of thought that they were rude as well! So different from America, where if you say "Excuse me!" to a waiter you can be seen as rude.
