Interesting that the percentage of people using their mobile phones to actually make calls is not registed on the graphic. Does this mean that less than 20% of mobile phone owners actually use their phones to make calls or did the survey omit to include the fundamental purpose of such devices when preparing their survey?

Trying to get clients to understand the importance of making time to work on the business then actually getting them doing it consistently is a constant challege I find in consulting work with SME business owners.
