Great article which will be very useful for those that have not been students of business culture and its impacts on productivity and profitability. Often it is difficult for the uninitiated to see the elements of a culture and this article provides a veritable blueprint. I will shortly be adding a link to this article on my Scoop.it topic "Business Improvement" for the benefit of the topic's followers. http://business-improvement.rhodan.com.au

Interesting that the percentage of people using their mobile phones to actually make calls is not registed on the graphic. Does this mean that less than 20% of mobile phone owners actually use their phones to make calls or did the survey omit to include the fundamental purpose of such devices when preparing their survey?

You hit the nail right on the head. Trying to get clients to understand the importance of making time to work on the business then actually getting them doing it consistently is a constant challege I find in consulting work with SME business owners. I will share this article with them as well as uploading the link to http://scoop.it/t/business-improvement where it will be available permanently for a wider audience to appreciate.
