How to i customize the Sitemap.xml for the dynamic website like http://www.mdhil.com/post-sitemap1.xml i want to change the frequency to hourly basis instead of Weekly ones how can i do that

 

Do kindly advise the same on the terms

 

I have changed the Titles & Description for the above mentioned website for few pages but in search it doesn't show any in the search engines even the description also

You have not mentioned where to add codes in Wordpress files is it functions.php, post.php or other things
