This is only what it is, a rumor. There is no way the Bills would trade for him because they don't want an injury prone over hyped QB like Bradford.

It's easy to sit where you do and make declarations that mean finality for EJ isn't it? You say final chance as if you know more than management does. Many QB's over the history of the league were not given up on after 2,3 or 4 years and went on to have decent, good or even great careers. Then you spew that garbage about Marrone giving up on EJ but you don't tell the whole story. Marrone aka Moron did not want EJ in the draft when Whaley, nix and company did. He then had to play EJ because Kolb got hurt...again. Then when EJ did play he did look good until he injured his knee against Cleveland. Then in comes the carousel of QB's who were not even as good as average. Then EJ comes back and has a rest of season as expected. Some good games and some bad games. All the while during those games Moron held EJ back from running with the ball. He, in fact had EJ play not to his strength which is his mobility. Moron and Cainthackitt played with his head all through that year. Both coaches have no idea whatsoever on how to develop players let alone a QB. That has been proven. Now moving to last year EJ comes out and leads the team to 2 wins then loses 2 games for a 2-2 record. Not good, not bad. Moron I believe saw this as his chance to do a number of self serving things. By benching EJ it seems it may have been the first indication Moron was leaving via his out clause in his contract. He benches EJ for a guy he did not want on our team when he was first signed. The Media, local and national reported there wee arguments between Moron and Whaley about Orton. Moron has an ego bigger than the ocean, name one and it fits. EJ loses 2 games and only the last one was a bad game lost. Moron knew Orton was mediocre at best but he also knew he was his best option to get enough wins to look valuable enough to other teams that may need a HC when the season was over. Orton was all he was, mediocre but a veteran. Then he got his better than 500 record with that 9-7 year. Now he left in a hurry through his stupidly attached out clause. Whoever allowed that clause should have been fired. Now we have 3 coaches on the team who actually know how to develop QB's and how to use them to their strengths. So, EJ will be used properly something not done before in his young career. I truly believe EJ will shine this year and cement his being our QB. Just because you may think he's done does not mean OBD and the coaches believe it too. GO BILLS!!

Where are the Buffalo Bills fans? They should be #1!! Did you even do any research before posting this list? Did you ask any players who and where they thought the best fan base was? I see by your list you did not. Nowadays I've been reading a lot of articles written by lazy writers, this is just another in an on going development with the Media today.

I for one am very happy 2 of these players are gone. Myers and Stafford. Myers for as big as he is played like a chicken crapping coward. On a very rare occasion did he ever hit somebody, never fought with anyone and was never that good despite winning the Calder Trophy. He came to camp one year overweight and took almost that whole year to get his wind. He has never lived up to his draft status. Myers is and always will be just an average Defenseman in this league. Stafford did have some moments but they were always far and away and when he was younger. He too is a coward who ran away from players willing to fight. For the last 3 years or so he has been invisible on the ice. Potential is something all players have, why else draft them, right? Here are 2 players who can't even spell the word potential. I did think the Jets got 2 players we Sabres fans will miss. Yet the tanking goes on.

On 2 consecutive days I share 2 articles on my Facebook page about how bad the signing of this racist thug was. Between the 2 I got over 100 comments, my computer blew up with the responses. Believe it or not less than 1/3 were in agreement whereas the other 2/3s was all about how I was not a fan of the Bills for posting and sharing my thoughts and many other despicable things. You might of thought I killed a puppy or some such. I was fair in my assessment but these people don't read, understand what they read and only see one sentence and decide to reply. Some had the audacity to reply about things I didn't even say?? The point is most fans are so concerned with themselves and making sure they are better than everyone else. This causes a laziness when it comes to reading and comprehending what they actually read if they even read something. I want to win as much as the next guy but I want it by following the rules and with good conduct. I want to always hold my head high with pride towards my team. If Incognito reverts to form how the f**k can I or anyone else hold their head high and proud? To me this was a desperation move and a terrible way for the Pegula's team and ownership to begin their terms. Today I am not proud to be a fan of my Bills but still will be a fan as I have been since 1963. GO BILLS!!

Wow!! One of the best takes I've read in quite some time. I have been an EJ fan since I saw his Sports Science video where Jon Gruden put him through a bunch of QB drills. EJ finished with a new record score of 9 out of a possible 10. He broke the one year record of 8 by Colin Kaepernick. That settled it for me. As most Bills fans know, Dung Moron did not want him selected at all. He had to grudgingly coach him and that is one very important reason he did not do good. Even tho as you said he did do some very good things. I believe in Moron's petty mind EJ's knee injuries allowed him to put the brakes on EJ running. Thus when EJ did get to play in his mind there was that 'don't run' order and consequently we had a handcuffed QB.  Moron and company did not know how to develop players as evidenced with EJ and our O-line inabilities to actually play the game. Sure EJ has some flaws but I believe with David Lee those flaws will be removed or diminished so EJ will play like I thought he should have when drafted. Then to have Greg Roman as our OC we will run more effectively and EJ who when he throws 25 times or less wins more than loses we will be effective on Offense. I totally disagreed with his benching for a very average QB in Kyle Orton. Now EJ has the best coaches that will develop him properly and watch how good he becomes. He is a very mobile QB who will no longer have shackles on him. Thank you Sean Corleone for writing this post. I too will share it on my Facebook page. GO BILLS!!

Joe, I have to say I love your brutal honesty in your take(s). I've shared on my Facebook page a few of your recent articles. I am also a very outspoken man so reading your stuff is a reminder of how soft most people are. I hate all the PC garbage and love people who speak plain as day is long. On to your article. Pears is a guy I've been wanting cut for 3 years so I agree he is garbage but Dung Moron obviously liked him.  Our O-line was the absolute worst in our whole history as a franchise! We could not block for either unit worth a damn, got the fewest yards gained ever, EVER!! Iupati and Franklin are 2 FA's available this year, maybe we get one or both.  They would definitely make our running game much better and give our QB enough time to scan the field. Iupati is a road grader at Guard where Franklin is probably best at both run and pass blocking. EJ can be a decent QB I think now that we have Roman and more importantly David Lee. Lee has a good history developing average QB's upward. Fitzpatrick until last year with Houston had his best statistical year under Lee. Moron hated EJ and was never on board with him from the day he was drafted. We know the original plan was for EJ to sit and learn behind a vet ala Kolb but he concussed his butt right out of the game. Then EJ was rushed in as our starter and did some good things and some bad things too. Then he got 3 knee injuries in one year. That, I believe further hindered him in Moron's eyes. As for drafting any QB, I like Garrett Grayson over any of the rest behind Mariota who I don't think highly of. Or Winston who arguably is the most ready QB in this draft. Grayson has a very strong arm and his long ball accuracy is far better than most starting in the NFL today. He has his flaws as well but he can be coached upward I believe. That's my take. Again, I love your way of speaking and writing. GO BILLS!!

It seems to me Pears has been bad for his whole career. I can't understand how this guy even has a job in the NFL. DUNG Marrone supposedly knows about offensive line play and by extension, player playing all o-line positions yet he still started arguably the worst ever linemen in the league?? Since he quit like a cry baby bitch and coward all kinds of stories are coming out about the tyrant he is. He has an ego so big no locker room or team could survive him. It turns out he was only average at coaching at any level. Here's a guy who greets his players in the morning then meets with the owners, demands a contract extension for himself and his assistant coaches, gets denied, leaves in panty twist huff and hours later sends out a mass text to his players that he quit?? WTF, has there ever been a truer sign of cowardice than that? Now those same coaches are held in limbo till we get a new Head Coach. The best thing about Dung Marrone is he is gone!! GO BILLS!!

Joe, liking your boss means you are a slacker because a boss liked is a slacker as well. Bosses are not there to be liked they are there to BOSS you around doing your job. I've had a number of bosses, liked and disliked. The bosses liked i and other employees took advantage every where we could because he was too nice to stop us. Disliked bosses got production out of his employees. Since I'm no Bill, I love Marrone. Flip it I would not like him but I know he would get my best every single day. The one thing you failed to mention was the players themselves and how they feel about him. I think the reason why you didn't is because the players may fear the outcome if Marrone knew players were talking outside the locker room. And that is a damn good thing. Employees should always harbor some fear from their bosses because we will stretch the limit.

Sammy, for your information did not cost the Bills a touchdown. Your wording is wrong. To lose a touchdown would mean the Bills did not score and by these wrongly used words imply the Jests got the ball back. Thanks for the stats breakdown. Since I've watched both games I knew EJ was better than last year by far. He's got command of the huddle and the team. Both of which last year was missing. I see better things happening for him and my Bills. Play offs are a possible end of our season. When looking at the AFC East, we have a very good chance at taking the Division. Miami's a fraud. The Jets are coached by a bad coach in Rex Rtan. He has no control over his asst. coaches and players, just look at their last game for proof. Plus they have Geno-no-no Smith as their QB who is one very mediocre QB. Then there's the Patriots. Only in NE do they think he's still the great QB he once was. He's been in decline for about 5 years now.  He looks less than average this year. The Bills will get at least a split and maybe even a sweep. To this football fan they only have one real good aspect for their team and that's Belichek. So with his continued growth and performance The Bills with EJ leading the way definitely do have a chance to usurp the Pats and win the division and going to the play offs this year. GO BILLS!!

As a Bills fan, I have to thank you for this nice and fair article. To read this is the beginning of our National recognition. We have had a bad team for 14 years. We have a good, young team that's rising. The Bills have a roster put together by our team management that is good and talented. So often, whether justified or not, our team is looked upon with hate and other such negative things, but you see a difference and wrote about it. We have won 2 games to open the season. We beat 2 teams that are thought of as play off contenders. One (Bears) on the road. The other at our stadium. Both wins were by our young team. Great defense in both games. Special Teams play superb.Offense doing just enough to win, one in over time, the other a mini blow out. Both wins were against teams that have supposedly good defenses, one has a very good QB, one not so much. In only 2 games we have great numbers on all 3 facets of the game. Youare the only writer who not only see the Bills as a decent team, you wrote about them and did so favorably. Again, I HAVE to thank you. GO BILLS!!

What a dumb article?? NHL Hockey is more minor league than major league. Why do I say this? Because the officiating is always the worst in any major league sport. How many blatant missed or bad calls made game in and game out? How many in-game rules changes have we seen? See "foot in the crease goal" by the lying son of a great hockey player who I will not name! One period refs call everything, next calls not made. End of third periods whistles do not get blown. Fans accept non-calls, refs make non-calls as time winds down just not making calls because they don't/won't call penalties because of some archaic idea they don't want to blow momentum. Rules are rules until you watch an NHL hockey game, the play offs show the same non-calls, bad calls, hidden whistles and blind eyes more so. NHL Hockey will never be a major league sport because of referee's bad calls and all the rest I've posted here.

So, you the author needs to STFU, forget what you are tired of, stick to your minor league sport and let the fans of the major league team in Buffalo wait and see what happens because a non-fan of major league sports has no call to get tired of our Buffalo Bills sales because minor league is minor league idiocy printed! Does it matter what Nolan does anywhere? People will love him or hate him.Why people can't look at the man who happens to coach and not as a coach that is a man? He had a job with the Sabres and got run out of town because Sabre mgmt was too lenient with Hasek. Hasek did not like Nolan because he didn't cater to any player no matter who that player is/was. Thus he was fired. Now he's back with the Sabres and this old re-hash dead story gets re-visited. It should lay where it was. dead and buried. Nolan is a damn good coach and he speaks his mind, I love that, all of you should as well!

I, for one believe EJ has the stuff to be more than a good QB in the NFL!  Look back in the history of the NFL, how may rookie QB's had an opening season that was good? Not too many! WE look at last years crop and they are more than passable with Wilson being the best one so far.Kap and Luck are only decent in their second year. Both have slid backwards this year. Sure they both are going to the play offs along with Wilson, but the 2 I mentioned are going not because of their QB play, other factors are why they are going to the play offs. Patience and time is what we need for EJ! He will be a good to great QB for the Buffalo Bills!!
