@JenBroflovski @MrsMalkinsBorscht yeah, i agree with you.  i know you weren't accusing her either.  i was shocked when she said she hasn't used the internet at work for anything besides work.

@JenBroflovski @MrsMalkinsBorscht yeah, she just doesn't lik actually going to work.  she used to work form home 4 days a week and go to the office one day a week.  so that's a huge difference.  she's hoping she may be able to do a day or two from home.

@JenBroflovski @MrsMalkinsBorscht the sad thing is, i don't think she has.  shes an anxious one.  the only thing she has done was stream some music but she used her iphone for that.  i'm sure she also used her iphone for other shit during the day.

@JenBroflovski do you use your work computer to surf at work.  my wife hasn't done anything like that because she doesn't want the big boss looking over her shoulder.

@JenBroflovski @MrsMalkinsBorscht @Hoss you nailed it, and look how amazing everyone in the NBA looked other than sterling.  it was frankly the best thing that could ever happen to the NBA.  The clippers got a new owner, the nba execs came out looking wonerful, the league gained huge credibility and all because they actually acted appropriately.

@Hoss i agree.  I keep coming back to the sad truth that if any league would get out in front of the problem rather than try to hide from it, the result will be much more beneficial to everyone, including the leagues, than the best case scenario on the cover up.

@NewYinzer @MrsMalkinsBorscht it doesn't just hurt the team, but it hurts him too.  sure, he gets his paycheck, but what about the fact that he hasn't been playing football for weeks or months. what if its a contract year and he can't prove his future worth.  that's where the rush to suspend/deactivate bothers me.

The problem is the NFL forced this situation on itself by not acting appropriately through all of this.  Suspend ray rice for 6 game initially and most would have said they got it right.  no huge scandal. viking suspend peterson after he admits to the abuse, no huge scandal.  but now they have forced themselves into a shitty position by being shitty from the start.

@BDF @MrsMalkinsBorscht @JenBroflovski I wouldn't doubt that, like i said, this is just a gut opinion and broad generalization.

5 days, 2 hours ago on A Look At The 2014-2015 Pittsburgh Penguins. Part I.

@NewYinzer I actually don't have a problem with a team or the league not acting when there is no clear proof of guilt.  In rice and peterson, through video evidence or admissions, there was pretty clear proof that the accusations were not fabricated.  I have a very hard time punishing somebody for accusations alone.  with that said, upon any instance of guilt, whether it is a plea or conviction, I think the hammer has to be bigger and more swift.

@BDF @JenBroflovski I would like to see that compared to the national average of persons within the middle class and above.  I have absolutely no factual basis, but my gut tells me the numbers would be different when you compare them to their economic class.  Clearly a broad generalization, but poverty breads violence and crime in all of its forms.

@shooter` I think papelbon is a douche to an extreme, but if the player can't touch the ump and the ump shouldn't touch the player.  this suspension would be absurdly higher if it was the other way around.  Should get more o a suspension.

@JenBroflovski @MrsMalkinsBorscht my mom doesn't even know we are doing it, but she has willingly not canceled hbo so that we can all piggy back her hbogo.  She literally has two cable boxes on TVs that she may turn on once or twice a month.

@JenBroflovski @MrsMalkinsBorscht i will say it would depend on the degree of friend and closeness of the family.  distant cousin, fuck em.  friendly acquaintance, fuck em.  but people i'm close with i wouldn't mind.  i would be paying for it anyways so I wouldn't mind sharing the love.  They'll pay it back on their own some other way.

Pez, since cutting your cable cord, have you considered Slingbox?  Set up slingbox at a relative or buddies house, pay for the dedicated cable box for it and you can live stream to any internet connection.  Can use any device like a phone, tablet, computer, Roku or Apple TV to connect to your TV.  You get their exact cable package for the price of a cable box.  Plus with an upload and download of 3 mb+, you get full hd.
