Glad their quick thinking caught this man.  My son is a cyclist and has raced for years in Tucson and other areas.  He would comment frequently how some drivers would try to run him off the bike lanes and harrass him.  This man deserves the stiffest penalty possible to give a message to other ignorant car drivers and motorcyclists out there.
