Hi! Here's the chicken recipe! You'll need 2 lbs of boneless chicken breast, cut up into chunky pieces, differing a bit in size. For the barbecue sauce, 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 3/4 cup(s) yellow onion chopped, 2 tablespoons dijon mustard,1/2 cup ketchup,1/4 cup lemon juice,1/2 teaspoon pepper, 2 teaspoons salt, 3 tablespoons sugar,, 1/2 cup water, 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Preparation: heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook until soft (not brown). Add rest of ingredients, bring to a boil then and simmer at least 20 minutes. Pour over chicken breast cut up chunky. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, broiling on high for last few minutes.

Hi Kiko! Happy to share! You'll need about 2 lbs of brussels sprouts, cleaned and cut in half. Also olive oil, salt & pepper, 3 cloves of garlic chopped, and the juice of one lemon. Drizzle the sprouts with 1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven at 425 for about 20-25 minutes, making sure to stir/rotate the sprouts at least once. Meanwhile, when that's almost done cooking, heat another 1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil over medium low heat. Saute 3 chopped garlic cloves until they just begin to turn brown, then remove from heat and stir in the fresh juice of one lemon. Pour that mixture over the brussels sprouts, stir and you're done!
