I have done three GORUCK challenges and this weekend will do the first official Heavy.What sets the Challenge apart from any race is the teamwork needed during the challenge. Cadre will select a team leader and it usually is NOT who you would expect because they want to help people overcome many things including being in charge.What I love about GORUCK is the family and Forum that exists after a Challenge. You will meet and become friends with a very diverse group of people who will push you and help you physically as well as professionally.Try it. Seriously, get a friend to do it with you and do one as friends/family or significant other!
