@sahaldelta Yes it was all over the news, but though he cut it out, he did not really eat it.

Are we sure it wasn't training for the new Olympic discipline of 100 Meters Dodging Police Bullets?

@flhtse05 I'm afraid that's exactly the mentality that has created the popular hobby called terrorism. The more you destroy, the more repercussions you create.

Excellent piece with statements that are seldom found in the mainstream media. If only Americans would start looking in the mirror and assess the cost/benefits (action/reaction mechanisms) of their actions in foreign territory. For that, more knowledge and understanding of other cultures is essential. But how many can accurately pinpoint say Alaska on a map?

@SEAN SPOONTS With that shirt I don't see the need for bringing that VS17 panel.

@JackMurphyRGR  We use dogs for wild boar hunting, knowingly risking their health/lives, so the cuteness is not the issue here. I'm just surprised that such expensive dogs are used in this specific way, it's not something every "SWAT"-like outfit (apologies HRT) employs.

But I do hope that the new Distinguished Warfare Medal is posthumously awarded to Ape instead of 9-to-5 drone killers.

History Channel TV has a nice episode in it's History's Raiders series called The Desert Raiders which presents the special operations in the North-African desert as mentioned above.

The whole series is interesting by the way, lot's of early commando/SF stuff.

Just suppose women could be SOF, would you dare to date them?

What would they look like?

I don't know about you, but somehow I can't stop fantasizing...
