@texexnv @freewill2 no, the Constitution says the Feds can only own the immediate land for forts and arsenals, or other useful buildings, nothing about charging excessive fees to run cattle on state ground, the feds have no authority. you have no rights if you dont protect them. the dispute here is who the land belongs to.

@Foxhound357 that range belongs to the State of Nevada, not the Feds. nowhere does the constitution give the feds authority to take state lands and charge excesive fees to give foriegn governments the go ahead to build wind farms.
