@WilliamArsenis I wish I could say I have written a book, but I haven't yet. I've been a freelance writer, advertising copy writer and PR writer. I currently write an occasional blog for my local Patch. There is a book in me, probably,non-fiction. My immediate goal is to update my blog more frequently.
@WilliamArsenis Great points here. As a writer first, blogger second, the lines sometimes blurred between writing and blogging for me. I found writing to be more in the style of reporting and blogging, more informal, stylistically. I wonder if you've ever faced this quandary?
@danenow Experimenting with different ingredients for my smoothies. Use kale a lot, coconut butter, almond butter, mango, cayenee, and will now search out bee pollen. Wonder how you feel about a few drops of ginseng for energy and wheat grass?

Thank you, Rosemary!
@JoeHefferon This made me chortle! Thanks for the laughs at the expense of so much of what I read in the stream. Life's too short; who has the time to read about the really good bowl of organic steel cut oatmeal I just made with frozen wild blueberries! : D
@BeckyGaylord Inspiring tips and things we sometimes forget to do, like being grateful for all we gave. I'd like to add "go outside and play"!
@Milaspage Great tips here. I'm saving this as a tutorial for my blog, #3 especially.
Annie, i had to write you after reading your desire about desiring a vaginal birth. I longed for that too. Took lamaze, refused any pain meds with my first after I went into labor, did all the breathing, had pitocin...baby wasn't coming out at 7 cm dilated...finally the C-section; 2nd baby- VBac, no success; and for my 3rd, C-section scheduled (And my easiest birth) The joy you will feel when baby is born far over-rides the method of birth. And the beauty of my scheduled C-section was I did not go through the pain of labor and had a much easier recovery. Hope it all goes smoothly, with minimum discomfort and healthy baby and Mama!
@anitahovey Adding jogging and yoga - no better place than the beach to work out and meditate!
@douglaserice Great tips for PR and evaluating your brand. Especially liked your point about how important "listening" is in social media.
@Susan_Silver Thanks for all this info. Sounds like a personal assistant, secretary and library all rolled into one!
