MCE...sounds more efficient than RICE! Just wanted to share an experience that has helped me in my physical health: I've developed chronic tendonitis in my wrist and elbows over the years from strenuous overuse; the go-to treatment was always to hit the fridge and grab an ice pack or frozen vegetables (peas were the best!). But after seeing a hand specialist in PT, she told me that cold generally doesn't do well on the wrists. Instead, I was asked to switch over to heat instead and try to increase ROM after heating up my wrist. A few months later with a ton of tenacity involved, I beat tendonitis and my wrists haven't been in pain since ! But I still do the RICE method of bruises...just not on chronic wrist injuries.

I have been eating a heavy egg diet within the last 2 years of my life. Stemming from genetics with a history of high cholesterol and high blood pressure, I was prone to disease sometime in the future. However, a trip to doctor has shown that my blood pressure had decrease significantly and I had a healthy, strong heart. Might be contributed to a "3 eggs a day for breakfast" program + yoga !

Fresh fruits and vegetables definitely boosts feelings of positivity. Whenever I'm feeling down, I try to go grab a cup of fresh squeezed OJ juice or a fruit salad with a plethora of various fruits !
