Thank you, Peggy! And I love meeting new wonderfully positive women.
@Ileane Send me an email kellykim at twylah . com for the text & URL you want for the opt-in and we'll make it happy, Ileane :))
I am so very sorry for your loss. Jeff sounds like a wonderful, fantastic, amazing person. My sincere condolences to you and your family, and all my good wishes for renewed health for you in 2012.
There will never be a "Kelly Kim" fan page either, unless and until I reached 5000 friends. I only have about 4000 more to go. :)))
BruceSallan I will put you on a quicker refresh cycle, Bruce. It is slow these days simply because we just have soooo much data to process, and we are a small start up right now. It should get a lot better for you. :))
Thank you for your post!

@Twylah
Beautifully written and spot on.
The more you can use your tweet as a sort of headline, the more likely it will get retweeted or engaged with in some way.
It is an art, though, so not always intuitive in HOW to do this, but you've done a great job of exemplifying in your example, above.
Right on.
Kelly aka @Twylah :)))
I've sent 8,700 tweets at this point and only asked for a RT on few posts. I cannot ever imagine asking for +K, nor have I ever seen it done, nor has anyone asked me to give them +K.
To be clear, there's nothing WRONG with asking for a RT or a +K, of course. It is a choice. And there are consequences to our choices.
We're all just making the best choices we can given our goals. What else can we do?
Great post!
:))
This is fantastic! Love getting to know this side of you, Bruce. Love it! Great fun!
Buffer is the only app I use (besides Twylah :). I feel like I'm doing my followers a favor (and myself) when I use buffer rather than tweeting out each article as soon as I read it. I love bufferapp, and I highly recommend it!!
Guess you hadn't heard I'm a power house on G+ ?? Just kidding... Wonderful list, and I like your new avi. :)))
Good one, Daniel. The more things change....
Josepf Thank you, Josepf! G+ implementation already?! Great idea. We'll get on it. May take a few weeks. ;-)
This is a wonderful tribute to your father. What a wonderful relationship. Thanks for sharing.
Josepf Yes, 12 "to-dos" for all SM folks.
1. lighten up!
2. see point 1
3. see point 2
4. see point 3
Your analytics are coming in 2 weeks. Of course!

Josepf!
You are hilarious. I love this post, and I love your sense of humor.
I have a "12 most annoying SM behaviors" post in my head, and it is that SM "gurus" or even just SM students take themselves SO SERIOUSLY. (Okay, that's just 1 most annoying behavior, but it's a big one ;-)
But, for real, let's all lighten up a bit!
I really like how you are educating the "noobs," as you say, yet doing it with a sense of humor and lightness.
This is exactly why people will actually read this post and learn a thing or two.
Thx for the Twylah mention, too.
:-)
karenstl Twylah Yes, you can do that. Create hashtag for personal, then suppress that topic when that feature is ready. Within 4-6 weeks you will be able to tag your tweets "personal" or "listing" or whatever you want without using a hashtag within the tweet. Thanks, Karen!!
karenstl Thanks, Karen! We do not have topic management (pinning & suppressing yet) -- it'll be a few weeks. But... you rock! You really get this. It could be a real estate agent's primary website. Nice visuals of homes. If you # the areas/ neighborhoods for your listings, those will bubble up as main topics. etc etc etc
