Great post, Bonnie. I've managed sales teams in the past and the main skill I tried to teach them was how to listen. It is living Stephen Covey's 5th Habit: seek first to understand, then to be understood.

I admire how you attack your weekends to maximize your productivity. For me weekends are about getting things done AND recharging. After a long work week of bouncing from one meeting to the next and meeting deadlines I love having unstructured time on the weekends while still getting a few things done.
