It is great that your wife is so proud of the house that she is happy to show it to everyone, but I do agree that certain areas should be private, especially the bedroom. Even if it is clean, I don't want other people in the bedrooms. Perhaps you could compromise: the bedrooms and your office are private, but she can show the rest of the house?
