I think it depends on the overall strategy and goal you have set for you brand. Celebrating certain holidays that align with your brand are great, but that doesn't necessarily mean they have to recognize all the holidays. I agree it's good to mix it up every now and then, but be creative in the way that it goes back to what your brand stands for and your brand's values.

This is really interesting! Sometimes, being online and trying to get work done can really be a distraction for me. For that reason, I prefer to do somethings old school, especially when it comes to writing. I can concentrate way better if I take a notebook and a pen with me and step away from my laptop. At times, I'll even put my phone on silent and leave it in another room so I won't be distracted. Of course, writing everything down with pen and paper will take a while but I do this only until I have a good grasp of my ideas. Once I'm in my "zone," I'll switch over to my laptop to continue writing. I feel like it's helped me stay focus and become more productive over time.
