Budget for me is the most important factor when looking for an apartment. Oh yeah, and location too. Then, based on that, I would make a list of the things I want out of an apartment. it's less private than homes or a condo but sometimes, that's all we can afford... for now.
Good points KC. Successful business doesn’t just succeed out of luck. Maybe there exceptions to that rule but most need a good and thorough business planning. Not doing so could definitely guarantee a failure. In order to be successful, you need to set your business' goals and why you are putting up this business so that you can prepare for what's ahead..
Of course you need to be sure first of the people who are renting it out just a precaution. But anything else, these are great ideas. Earning a little money for that extra space in your home would be nice.
Okay, I admit. I like to shop when I'm depressed, stressed out from work, or even when I just feel happy. But I don’t think I’m a shopaholic. I can easily say no to a beautiful bag or gorgeous shoes when it’s not needed. I just find it stress-relieving to shop. I think it’s the same to most of women, right?
I marvel at those who can sustain and have the time for finding and clipping coupons. They have like this scrapbook full of them, all arranged accordingly. I use one or two when I find a good deal but sometimes, it makes you buy things you don’t really need.
Know your options. You can’t help it. Just like what's mentioned about 'Utilities are a necessity'. But it doesn't mean that you don't have an alternative. Know if there are any other electricity or water suppliers in your area and compare their prices.
I use coupons from time to time because they give me discounts. I clip coupons from magazines or online but I do not make living out of it. I bring them to the store and when they work, then that would be awesome. If not, then that’s cool too. Just make sure you bring money with you though.
But but, I love bogos, particularly toiletries. I just make sure that they are consumed before I buy another one. And when I shop, I make a list so that I know the things I really need. Also, try to buy your groceries alone. Don’t bring the kids with you.
Walmart, Best Buy, target. It was on the news last year. A couple of individuals were taken to the hospital while there was one who got shot because of shoplifting. No sure if it was entertaining or devastating. It was mayhem every time.
I've been keeping my eye on the Kindle Fire HD for months. Too bad nobody thought about giving it me as a gift last Christmas. Oh well, now I have a reason to buy one for myself with this service. Thanks.
You want to save even more on eyeglasses from these stores? Look for coupon codes. They are usually on third party websites. Combine that with their free shipping offer and you get double savings..
Beachfront accommodations can also be exciting, especially during summer. Plus, cottages are way cheaper compare to hotels. You and the kids get to enjoy a lot of activities for a lesser price. If you book ahead, you might find some free breakfast package.
Know your limits when it comes to your expenses. Get a percentage from your income every month, no matter how small or big it is, and stick to it. Eventually, it will become a habit that you are setting aside money and there will be constant increase in your savings. Before you know it, you have saved enough for a new car or whatever your goal is.
Start shopping a year ahead? Hmmm, the problem is where store those gifts. Haha, but it’s not a bad idea at all.
You might want to take a look at your home appliances and gadgets. Those that you have been using for more than a decade already should be replaced. Why? Simply because they are no longer at their optimum performance.
Don't buy things you don't need. That is what I've been trying to tell myself. But it doesn't mean I don't treat myself once in a while. I do. But I also have other priorities. I have a goal and I'm saving for it.
Keep your appliances clean and in order all the time. Let the technician check them annually to see if they are still performing at their best. It’s a little gesture but try not to overstuff your refrigerator and arrange the stuff inside correctly to allow the air to circulate well. This way, your fridge won’t work too much.
Summer means comfy and breezy clothing. If it's too hot to stay indoors, you can save on your electricity bills if you choose to go outside and enjoy the sun.. :)
@NJFCU Very clever indeed. You can give one to a family member and the other one to your colleague.
I love it. It is convenient and useful. Why would you buy a new one when you can use the things that you already have? I know someone who does this and it's a total waste of money.
