I just returned to school for an IT related career and one of the things discussed in one of my classes today was the use of other people's intellectual property when you stand to make a profit from its use. Unless she asked for permission, which she most certainly would not, she can't use the image or blog. Just like you're not supposed to steal someone's physical property you should not take their digital property.
