I think that the ability to comment without 'Liking' a page could also lead to more spam comments. I'm definitely going to keep a close eye on my email so those can be deleted quickly. I wonder if those will be handled differently for users who have not 'Liked' the page...right now, as an Admin I can Ban a user and delete their comment at the same time. Can you Ban someone who doesn't like the page?

I agree with most of your list, but folks who never post don't bother me. Some people use Twitter as a news stream, following what they find relevant. They listen, rather than engaging, and I don't have a problem with that. In fact, I much prefer silence to those who tweet annoyingly!
