You may not need the money, but you could always do what other comments have mentioned and donate it towards better birthing solutions and education for pregnant women. After all it would be the perfect counterpoint to Dr. Amy's anti vaginal birth rampage. Also a small portion of the money could go into a fund for the families of the women she's tormented and/or to provide for further litigation against her by said families.
