Being the "TrUNooB" that I am I followed instructions to the letter.  I was able to rename the original files. Add my files in as "Pen_att__noti2.oog" & "Pen_att__noti3.oog".  I'm able to play them with multiple media players and here the correct sounds.

However when I choose 2 & 3 as my SPen notification sound; I still here the original sounds and this is after multiple phablet restarts & copying and pasting.
