easily the greatest LeBron sneaker of them all. My personal favorite was the "Christ the Kings"...Those China's and Red carpets are up there as well. I had almost every colorway of these, and up until this point I wasn't a fan of LeBron's line. I also hooped in an all black, with gold accent pair, and it still was the most comfortable LeBron I have hooped in.

The thing I hate about things like this are that people always hate on others picks. These are my favorite sneakers of all time, and have literally collected every pair since '97. The majority of my collection is from outlets, which will never happen again it seems; but just because you pick an OG pair doesn't make you a "sneakerhead". Like I said, I have almost every pair, and my 3 favorite colorways are all retros. So just because you pick older pairs doesn't make you a "sneakerhead" and just because you would rather pick a retro color doesn't make you a "hypebeast". But i digress...
Coppers would win this region IMO. My Final 4 would be Royals, Paranormans, Galaxy's, and Coppers. I'm very upset the Cactus, Eggplant and Metallic Red couldn't make it further but that's the way they seeded them. My championship game would be Paranormans vs. Galaxy's. Paranormans the winner.

I love these joints! Dope concept, Dope shoe, and I can't believe that these would be made without being treated. Yes, they probably will break down a tad quicker than an all leather kick, but I really don't think it will be that big of a deal. The $305 price tag is steep, but for the first time there is some reasoning behind it. (305 Miami area code). Honestly, my only issue would be the hassle of trying to purchase a pair, These might be more limited than any other sneaker seen before. Honestly, the prices we're paying now for all Nike shoes (i.e. $200 for III's and $235 for foams), should've gotten most used to this price hike.

I love this colorway on these AND the fact that the Jumpman is black. The only part I would've changed is the letters and symbols on the tongue to Neon as well. My favorite's are the VI's though, until I get to see the XII's and I have a feeling the XIV's may steal the show.

This is the first foam where pictures actually do more justice than the sneaker in person. Not a huge fan of them, but I love the theme and design. However, the fact that Nike has yet again increased the Foam another $10 is also a tad depressing as well. Can anyone tell me if the $10 price jump is permanent on all "One's", or just because they labeled these "Premium"?

I also feel some sort of way that the best release of a signature shoe all year wasn't featured by itself. The KD IV! I dislike every other KD except this one, including the KD V. These were incredibly made, had GORGEOUS colorways, and are the only low top basketball shoes I will ever hoop in because the fit and feel is INCREDIBLE. I can't see how the "Aunt Pearls" or "Gold Medals" weren't on this list representing in their own right! Besides ridiculously limited quantities, and thus leading to huge hype; I don't see how these wouldn't have made a top 15 list let alone a top 30. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Honestly my #1 release of the year was the "Paranorman" Foam. I have copped every limited release and general release foam since 97, and these are the only ones I haven't retrieved; and honestly, it's the one time I didn't feel cheated by either the company (Nike) or retailers as to why I didn't get a release of a particular shoe. It seemed to be an honest and fair raffle on twitter, that gave that patron an extremely well deserved prize for sharing a picture that directly linked to the theme of the product. I submitted plenty of "weird" childhood pics, but understanding that I might not be 1 of the 800 "weirdest" children captured in the world helped settle my disappointment. I haven't even mentioned the craft and beauty of the shoe itself. Next to the galaxy and metallic red it would be my 3rd favorite foamposite. The release was genuine, the theme and idea was genuine and the shoe was simply AMAZING! My favorite sneaker was the galaxy (My favorite sneakers have been foams since they released so I'm extremely bias), but the amount of BS i had to go through and amount of money I had to pay to purchase one pair to actually rock was ridiculous, even though I was and always am willing to do all sorts of waiting, and hours of lines to purchase releases. The paranormans were all positives about a sneaker and it's release, in a world where the "sneaker game" has taken a turn for the worse. It was a huge breath of fresh air on a very recently SUPER HYPED model of sneaker that ranks #1 all time in my opinion.

Excited for these,Shaq Attaqs and most importantly, my personal favorite Reebok's return...The Shaqnosis! The Kamikaze II's have to be my 2nd favorite Reebok sneaker though. Just wish they had the "KEMP" on the toe tab like my OG's. Still copping though, if I can get my hands on them, because supposedly Reebok is making these "Very Limited" is this true???

@NewSneakerScent @Laced_Heat *of his last contract.
@NewSneakerScent @Laced_Heat There's actually a few differences in these the middle slash in the reebok logo on the heel tab and tongue are green now instead of white ( I prefer the white). also the bottom doesn't have a white center, it's entirely black now with green accents, and the green is a lighter green this time by a few shades. I would suspect the reason for the "Kemp" being left off is that they may no longer have rights to his name due to the time if his last contract.
I'm not a huge III fan, however the only one of these I do not own is the '11 edition. I'm kind of upset at a $200 price tag, but what I'm confused about is the uproar. Seriously, the latest Bred XIII that dropped was $170 retail. Are people seriously that upset with a $30 increase from a company that has been known to hike its prices at the beginning of every year?! I also see this as a sort of "special edition" release because of the "Nike Air" tab and the same release in '11. Those of you that have the '11 release should be excited that you had the same shoe for about $40 less. You can tell this shoe was specifically made for those sneaker aficionado's that were demanding it over and over again; and with anything "special" or "unique" Nike does nowadays you should expect a price hike. To be honest show your displeasure by not purchasing the shoe. Everyone should have a voice and opinion, but the constant complaining is almost irrelevant now, because with Retros, there is going to be something to always complain about. Nike is moving away from a customer oriented philosophy from where they started (releasing shoes and attire consumers wanted at a high, but reasonable price for the product), to a more of a designer style philosophy (Not made for everyone, only the few can afford and based on maximizing profits; not necessarily making all consumers happy). I'm not completely fed up with Nike and the "sneaker game" in general, however its getting close. So, until that day I will continue to buy the shoes I loved from the past and the new editions Nike puts out, and this will probably be one of them.
