No one should separate Gomes and Napoli ever again. They're just too cute together.

I think we should "pass" on him. I don't know who should be there, but I don't think it's Farrell. http://audio.weei.com/a/64349427/steve-simmons-the-blue-jays-are-ready-to-make-a-deal-if-one-is-out-there-for-farrell.htm#q=toronto+sun

I'm speechless. Does anyone have a guess who we go after if the Dodgers end up covering most of the salaries? Does this make good sense to anyone? I really only wanted to see Beckett go and I'm not even 100% on that...

All I can say is that Middlebrooks, Kalish, Ross, Aviles, Dubront, Nava, Aceves  and yes, even Scott Atchison (can't believe I'm saying that but there you go…) have all exceeded my wildest expectations. Put that together with Papi's Large Father Awsomeness and an Elf that's starting to pick up the pace and I have to say that for the first time, I'm really feeling good about his year's team (despite Bobby V.). Yeah!!

Sad to lose one of our own "homegrown" boys. He was brilliant for a long time. I wouldn't be surprised if he kills it over in the NL. Thank you for posting something that is not about beer, chicken, pills or GMs that can't yet get to Chicago. I would NEVER change teams, but I will follow the Cubs (as a second fave) because I'm really interested in what Theo is going to do to help them win AND they've had such a long drought I want them to come close to winning (with us winning it all, of course.) Having Francona there would make it that much more interesting.

My love for Francona and Theo just don't disappear overnight so if they both make it to the Cubs, you bet I'll be paying attention.

I want Tim to get his 200th for him and his family soon. I can't think of a more deserving guy. He does anything anybody ever asks him to do. He's gotten the shaft plenty of times and has still stepped up (or sat down) for the good of the team. Good vibes for Tim!
