Flidget, DMS is a disaster. I've been using it since the release (I've been with Pagelines for three years): content disappears, changes don't save, plugins break and developers never fix them for a month or longer leaving you stranded, and then the people running the help forums get into "power struggles" with users who dare to complain. Andrew, you better do something because from my perspective this is unprofessional and unacceptable. I don't know what Pagelines is anymore, only that DMS looks like a product that will never actually work. It is a disaster and I can't afford to waste the time DMS has already taken from me due to these issues. It doesn't matter how great your product "should be" if users find their content disappearing and changes not saved as a matter of routine, making using the product at best, cumbersome and at worst, unworkable. Kind of, sort of, works is not the same thing as "works."

Hmm, did you purchase a new subscription?

None of my old purchases--I was Dev without Plus before--are showing up as of yet, but I subscribed to DMS to check it out and that is showing up.

Activation key: for other users having this problem (I purchased a subscription and never received an activation key), I've noticed that if you go into your account, there should be a heading called My Subscriptions. On the left there should be an Order#. Click on the order number and ... there is something called a License key (you'll see it along with number of activations left). Unfortunately, I cannot test if this is my activation key as I am on my ipad and DMS does not work on the mobile version of the Chrome

Are people getting activation codes? I purchased Dev last night and have still not received an activation code. If you are receiving activation codes, how are you receiving it? I received no response or acknowledgement from Pagelines about my purchase. Only from Paypal.

If I were you I'd cool down a bit. It is really simple: either Pagelines is a good product and worth it, or it's not. If you find the product useful, then ... Adobe has already adopted subscription pricing. It is hardly an anomaly. Either it is useful or not. From what I can see, so far, DMS is really useful to me.

Thanks for all the hard work on DMS. It looks great. Will the activation codes be available at some point? Also, I used the coupon for the discount when I signed up for pro, and it said it accepted the coupon, but no discount was applied (my account name is different with Pagelines). I am definitely aware that you have more pressing issues right now. I have been around for a few product upgrades and changes with Pagelines. The whining is always the same and when the dust settles everyone is happy. I really encourage people to take a longer view here.

 @nphaskins hmmm, any ideas on what could be interfering? the only plugins I have installed are, pagelines customize and pagelines sections.

 @nphaskins there's no effect. The number is saved in the menu for Number of Images for Slot X, but no slots ever show up. so, for example, I have 5 images selected for all of the slots, but ... I also had logged out of Safari and into Chrome and there was no effect.

hey Nick, I like this a lot, but for some reason I am only getting the default number of images per slot. I am selecting other numbers but it will only allow me to input 3 images per slot. This is using Safari or Chrome. I am not sure why. It gives me the options of choosing the larger numbers up to 10, but if I select them, it does nothing (i.e. I do not get anymore places to upload images than the default of 3).

as pehja confirmed below, your steps are incorrect. You CANNOT use existing media. If you use existing media, the order of the steps in your instructions will not work. It ONLY works if you upload as a new file. You should include this in your instructions (since it is a known user issue). Just FYI: I wasted a lot of more time on this than I had and it's fairly simply to just note this. Or fix the problem so you can upload existing media.
