@Karma Bennett HI there - Platform is no longer supported and the documentation is no longer available.. The Platform theme will become more unuseable as web architecture continues to change and Wordpress Core is updated to include new functionality. The Latest Product, The PageLines DMS system is free and available now from http://pagelines.com. The link provided by @bolvyk is for the DMS system. Alternatively, the product that came after Platform, The PageLInes Framework is free also and available from the PageLines Github https://github.com/pagelines/PageLines-Framework-v2.x-free The docuemntation for Framework is available from http://support.pagelines.me/docs/. It is recommended you use DMS for your projects (or Framework at a push) as you can get support for these products.

@cygnusnow HellO Cygnus - Download the .zip file and then extract the files. You will see a folder called install - inside this is the theme .zip file.
This was done so you also have access to all design files too.

@roryphim Hi Rory. I have just checked. Your account is a Developer account. You have unlimited site activations. Clicking the order number will show you the amount of site activations available to you. Regardless of whether it says business or Developer you have a developer account.
Hope this clears this up for you.

@mikkelbreum Yes you could recharge the client for further work if need be. You can cancel if you have to and your site will still function, Allow me to quote AP from the FAQ (http://www.pagelines.com/pricing/)
