I just called Nature's Path and they said on record (George, employee 4294) that they do not grain their grains into flour before puffing. See this wiki article. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puffed_grain. Do you know where you got your information that commercial puffed rice goes through that process?

What about puffed millet from Arrowhead? That really looks like the whole grain to me...
