@seaninc @guReMcO Yeah the Boss 302 around Laguna Seca. I read about it. It's just that I think that sort of handling is limited to the more track oriented versions like the Mustang Boss or Camaro Z28 and the rest of the range is still "lacking". Having said that I've never actually seen the latest model Mustang or Camaro irl. Muscle cars are really uncommon where I live. So what do I know. :P
So many beautiful cars! :O Seems like a great event. Can we get a wallpaper of the last photo with the Sierra and Quattro?
I still kinda don't like muscle cars. Loud simple one trick ponies that can only go in a straight line, but maybe that's just the cars of old and now things are different.
So many great cars there. I love the Corolla and the black Celica. The white MR2 is something I'd like to own.
A Twingo RS is some good room service! Good article and great photo's.
"I live my life a quarter mile at a time. Nothing else matters: not the mortgage, not the store, not my team and all their bullshit. For those ten seconds or less, I'm free."
I'm sorry I had to do it. But those are some insane cars holy shit!
Very interesting cars here and some crazy builds. I love the Volvo powered Fiesta and I wonder where the AWD system comes from.
I'm looking through the desktops and noticed the roof of the hall looks amazing. Great place for a car show. :D
Great selection of cars there, I love the little Kei cars. Small cars are so much cooler in Japan then they are here. Shame really I bet there's a big market for em in Europe. Small, light, economical city cars are all the rage these days and always have a large market share.
And no wallpaper of the reverse hood Silvia? :(
I cannot wait.
I'm a bit late to the party but what a great article! Koenigsegg is such an amazing company and one that really pushes the limits.
The 911 STR get's my vote. It's just so damn sexy.
What a machine! Absolutely loving this masterpiece!
Cool story. If only someone would rent me a M3. :( Though honestly if I where buying an E90 gen M3 I'd buy the sedan (facelift so it's got the nice taillights). It looks better imo then the coupé.
I'm not much of a VIP fan but I love that Crown with the twin projectors. Brabus also did this on a few cars and I just love the look it gives.
I think the rallying and motorsport in general needs more people like him. He brings in new fans and sponsors that are really needed. And he enjoys what he does so what could be better?
I love the GTR it's an amazing machine.
I wonder though. Say I bought a 2012 GTR, would I be able to get the car upgraded to 2013 spec? I'd imagine so but never saw it mentioned anywhere.
Every time I see a modelkit of a car I want to buy it but never do. I'm way to scared I'll mess it up. :P
But what a cool store. The closest comparison I've seen was a Marklin train shop, it was just a neat and tidy. Most hobby stores around here are dens filled with clutter and shelves all the way to the ceiling. It's a shame because that creates a barrier for people to enter and maybe start a great hobby.
"forgotten by many but still very much remembered and appreciated by a few." I certainly hope this is not the case. It would be a shame to forget the glorious Evo cars of old.
Great car!
@Hanma I kinda want to defend the Vette but since I think the new one is the most unoriginal yet I can't. I don't really care much for recent Ferrari's (everything after the 360 is boring as hell imo) so I haven't looked at em in great detail. The Enzo did indeed have the nose in a similar style so I'll give you that one. Guess I need to pay more attention to Ferrari in the future.
