Why do "working men" have to lean on central planners to steal their money and give it back to them? Sounds like a recipe for collectivist crap to destroy the middle class, yet again, in their tired old refrain. I refer you to Rudyard Kipling's Gods of the Copybook Headings.

@farmrdave @Michael Shipley @WDanChance I would point out however, that the Constitution doesn't give the FEDS a right to create an entity such as NASA, and it is inadvisable due to the economics involved. All a government can do is monopolize the money and the decisionmaking. We would make far greater strides were we to leave space exploration up to individual entrepreneuralism.
@farmrdave That would be a good thing. The federal funny money is just paper. We can manufacture our own currency. It would be a dear blessing to everyone to quit being subject to the federal control that the Overlords have inflicted upon us by buying our souls.
