I tried to subscribe and failed. What I want is something that takes little time (20minutes max) 2 -3 days p/wk for my menopausal spare tyre on my 5'4" 57kg body. I am 57yo, regularly do yoga at home in the mornings (20 min... it's the magic amount of time). Walk the dog. Garden and work. Just purchased a bike.
