"So my son's mom is getting a divorced but her ex still plans on filing as married and claiming my son still.. is this legal? he moved out of the house before Thanksgiving and There in the process in submitting the divorced paper work with in the next 30 day.. can he still claim my son?" She does not work never has. and is okay with it because he promised her he would give her some of it..
